The products in the Huippukone.com online store are sold by Huippukone Oy (business ID: 27761117). Huippukone sells products to private individuals of legal age and corporate customers in Finland. Product prices include value added tax. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
1. Registration and processing of personal data
Only registered online store customers who are at least 18 years old can buy and order products.
Customer data is stored in Huippukone Oy's customer register, and the data contained therein is used to maintain customer relationships. Huippukone Oy has the right to process the information in the register for justified purposes (such as direct marketing) in accordance with the Personal Data Act (523/99). Huippukone Oy does not disclose personal and contact information to external parties or third parties. Customers have the right to change or supplement their personal data or request Huippukone Oy to remove their personal data from its register.
When placing an order, the customer is required to provide their full contact details, which for consumer customers includes at least their name, address, and telephone number, and possibly their email address. The information required from business customers is the name, telephone number, and email address of the contact person, as well as the business ID, postal address, telephone number(s), and, if necessary, the billing address.
2. Products and prices
All prices include 25.5% VAT. Prices do not include delivery costs. When paying by invoice or installment, interest, monthly fees, or other similar charges may be added to the price, as determined by the payment method provider Paytrail Oyj.
Products are sold at the price valid at the time of ordering. If the price in the online store is incorrect and the customer is aware of this or should have been aware of this, Huippukone is not obligated to sell the product at the incorrect price. We always check prices at the time of processing. If the price of a product increases before the order is shipped, we will deliver it at the original price.
Delivery time estimates are provided in the Huippukone online store. Huippukone.com and its suppliers are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.
3. Ordering
The agreement is formed and the order and related payment obligation become binding on the customer when Huippukone has sent an order confirmation to the email address provided by the customer. Huippukone has the right to cancel the agreement (order) within seven (7) days of placing the order if it determines that the order cannot be delivered on time.
Products are generally ordered online athuippukone.comvia the shopping cart. All orders are confirmed by email, which specifies the price of the order, delivery costs, and the products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide your email address when placing the order. The customer agrees to the delivery terms and conditions in force at the time of each order.
4. Payment methods
Klarna (Klarna Checkout) acts as the payment intermediary for the Huippukone online store. Together with Klarna Bank AB (public limited company) (head office address: Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden), we offer the following payment methods, where payment is made directlyto Klarna: domestic online banks (Nordea, OP, S-Pankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma SP, POP Pankki, Aktia, Ålandsbanken), as well as the most common bank and credit cards and MobilePay.
Invoice
Pay within 30 days: the payment period is 30 days from delivery of the products. The terms and conditions of Klarna invoices are availablehere.
Pay in installments: you can choose from different monthly installment options at checkout. The installments decrease each month as the outstanding credit amount decreases.

Huippukone.com does not process or store customer payment or account information. The Huippukone.com online store only acts as a marketer of products and services, delivers products or services, and handles any complaints.
5. Delivery
Delivery methods include postal parcel (pickup from the post office or parcel locker), home delivery, and pickup from the warehouse. Customers can choose their delivery method from the options offered by the online store. Delivery costs are determined by the delivery method, delivery location, and order size. Products purchased from the online store are not delivered to the Åland Islands, the 00190 postal code area, or abroad. The final delivery costs are shown when selecting the delivery method.
Delivery times may vary depending on online store traffic, delivery location, or other factors. We aim to deliver orders within approximately one week of receipt. If a product has a longer delivery time, this will be indicated on the Top Machine website. Depending on the delivery method, the customer will receive a notification when the order is ready for collection from SmartPost or a post office, or the delivery company will contact the customer to deliver the order.
We aim to process completed orders within 48 hours of receipt. A completed order is one for which all products are in stock and reserved for the order, and the payment method for the order has been approved.
The customer is obliged to check the product immediately upon receipt. In the event of a broken or damaged product or package, the customer must immediately ask the delivery company to file a damage report. After this, the customer must contact the online store's customer service without delay. The product must not be returned to the transport company before contacting customer service. If the customer has received the wrong product or the product is faulty or broken, this must be reported to the online store's customer service immediately, but no later than 7 days after receiving the product. After this, the products in question are not eligible for return. A confirmed order can be canceled before the product is handed over to the transport company by contacting Huippukone's customer service.
6. Canceling an order and returning a product
The customer has the right to return an unused product against a receipt within 14 days of delivery of the order. This period does not include the delivery date. However, the right of return does not apply to products that have been specially manufactured, ordered, or modified at the buyer's request. Orders for such products cannot be canceled once work has begun or the purchase order for a product, part, or service specifically for the customer has been completed.
Before returning a product, you must always contact the online store's customer service first. The customer must expressly state their wish to return the product and cancel the order either by email or by phone. Simply not picking up the product from the post office, for example, is not considered a return.
The customer must pack the product to be returned in its original packaging without unnecessary markings and otherwise ensure that the product is properly packaged. The customer is responsible for returning the product and for the costs incurred in returning it. The return cost will be deducted from the purchase price of the product. The product must be returned within 14 days of the customer notifying us of the return. If the product to be returned is worn or has otherwise lost its sales value, and the wear or decrease in sales value is not due to normal trial use of the product, an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Huippukone will assess the amount to be deducted on a case-by-case basis. The customer should note that the difference in value between an unused and a used product can be significant, at least 20% of the product's sales price. In cases of returns and cancellations, the amount paid by the customer for the product and delivery, minus the return costs, will be refunded to the bank account specified by the customer within 14 days of the order cancellation. Huippukone has the right to withhold the refund until the customer has returned the products or provided proof of shipment. If the 14-day period has expired, the refund will be made without undue delay. Huippukone has the right to deduct from the amount any money corresponding to a possible decrease in value.
If the customer has paid by invoice or installment, Klarna Ab will be responsible for the refund after receiving information from Huippukone about the refund and its amount.
The return will not be considered complete if the conditions for return have not been met.
7. Warranty
Huippukone is liable for defects and deficiencies in products in accordance with the general defect provision in section 5:12 of the Consumer Protection Act, with the exceptions specified in these terms and conditions. The warranty terms and conditions can be found in the product information or on the Huippukone.com website.As a rule, the warranty only covers manufacturing and material defects in the product.
Huippukone is not liable for: 1. wear and tear or damage to the product caused by the customer; 2. defects caused by improper use of the product; 3. normal wear and tear of the product resulting from normal use.
If the product is defective in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions, this must be reported to the online store's customer service as soon as possible. The customer must immediately, within seven (7) days at the latest, file a complaint about the incorrectly delivered or defective product by telephone to Huippukone's customer service or by email to asiakaspalvelu@huippukone.fi. Huippukone is not obliged to compensate for the error if this deadline is not met or if the customer cannot present a receipt or other proof of purchase for the product. In addition, the defect must be of such a nature that it could not reasonably have been detected by the customer when checking the product upon receipt.
Depending on the nature of the defect, the product will be repaired or a new equivalent product will be delivered to the customer. A price reduction is possible if the defect cannot be repaired without unreasonable costs and a new equivalent product cannot be delivered. Huippukone is not liable to the customer for indirect damage caused by the defect (e.g., pure financial loss). Huippukone is only liable for replacing the product.
8. Force majeure
Huippukone is not obligated to fulfill the agreement if the fulfillment of the agreement is prevented or delayed for reasons beyond Huippukone's control. Force majeure events may include, for example, measures taken by authorities, disruptions to the functioning of information networks, natural disasters, fires, war or the threat of war, riots, civil unrest, and industrial action.
9. Dispute resolution
Resolution of disputes and jurisdiction: Consumer customers have the right to refer disputes arising from this agreement to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before referring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the consumer advice service of the local register office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi). The customer may bring an action against Huippukone Oy concerning disputes arising from the contractual debt relationship either in the district court of Huippukone Oy's registered office or in the district court of the locality in Finland within whose jurisdiction the customer resides. If the customer does not reside in Finland, disputes shall be handled in the district court of Huippukone Oy's domicile.
